  The Evening Herald - March 13, 1940 William Guy Ruhl, resident of Klamath Falls for the last four and a half years, passed away in this city Thursday, March 14, 1940 at 10:30 a.m. at his residence, 1020 Washington street. The deceased was a native of Corrie, Pennsylvania and was aged 66 years seven months and two days when called. He had been a real estate operator for the past four and half years and was connected with Mrs. Ida Momyer Odell with offices on North Eighth street. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Christian Science. He is survived by his wife, Jessie Ethel Ruhl of this city; four sons, Maynard Ruhl of this city, Fred W. Ruhl of Redwood City, Calif., Philip Ruhl of San Francisco, Calif., and Sherwood Ruhl of Arizona; two daughters, Joan McCray of Arizona; and a daughter Rebecca Ruhl of Rhode Island, one brother, Hepburn Ruhl of San Francisco; a sister Bessie June Smith of North Hollywood, Calif., also six grandchildren.
