  Mrs. Boyd was retired from Croft Metals and TG&Y in McComb. She was a longtime member of First Assembly of God in McComb. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otho R. Boyd; her parents, Floyd Forrest and Marie Payne Forrest; and one brother, John David Forrest. She was survived by two sons, James Boyd and wife Barbara of Magnolia, MS, and David Boyd and wife Joyce of McComb; one brother, Clint Forrest of Hazlehurst, MS; five sisters, Ludie Whittington of Robert, LA, Rachel Smith of Denham Springs, LA, Mavis Weer of Summit, MS, Elaine Falcon of Ratcliff, AR and Betty Bowlin of Hazlehurst; 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
