| Notes |
- THOMAS ANNIS was born April 15, 1797 at Stamford, Vermont; died September 10, 1874 at Lawrenceburg, Indiana; married January 15, 1819, Rhoda Fairbanks at Livingston County, New York.
Thomas was a veteran of the War of 1812, and removed westward to Indiana in the fall of 1821. He resided at Miller, Indiana in 1840, and is buried outside of Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
In 1831 he purchased 81 and 4/100ths acres of land near Cincinnati, OH in 1831, but it appears that he never left Dearborn County, IN, and may have purchased the land on speculation or for one of his children.
He was a carpenter and farmer.
