    • While Clarence Walter "Walter" Emery was buried in the Whiting Cemetery, Whiting, IA; nevertheless, there is a monument in his honor in the Wrights Grove Cemetery, Macon County, IL where his parents and other relatives are buried. See Find A Grave #23931636

      Walter died at Camp Cody, Deming, NM

      Walter was a hired farm worker in the Whiting, IA area. His girlfried was Myra Hughes. She contracted measles and died March 23, 1916. Myra Hughes Find A Grave Memorial# 15365794. It was his last wishes to be buried near Myra. His grave is in the North East area of the cemetery, Myra's grave is near the rear of the cemetery on the South side.
