Surviving are four sons, Ernest, Charles and Deward of Savannah and Earl of Corning; two daughters, Mrs. Ivan (Gladys) Carr of Rochester and Mrs. William (Ada) Halstead of Savannah; 13 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
