    • Delmar Gray while returning from his work Monday evening met with a serious accident East of the village. Mr. Gray was walking on the state road when a Ford sedan driven by Walter Tilton of this village struck him, breaking both of his legs. He is being cared for at the Genoa Hospital.

      THE AUBURN CITIZEN, AUBURN, N.Y., THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 1927

      The death of Delmar Gray, aged 61 years, occurred in the Genoa hospital Tuesday morning. Mr. Gray had both legs fractured and suffered other injuries a month ago when he was struck by an automobile driven by Walter Tilton of Genoa. The deceased is survived by two brothers, Fred Gray and Bert Gray, both of Venice; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Close and Mrs. Stella McCabe both of Genoa. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the home of Bert Gray. Burial was made in Genoa cemetery, Genoa.

      Funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon at the home of Bert Gray for Delmar Gray, who passed away in the Genoa hospital Tuesday morning. Rev. D. J. Westlake, pastor of the Genoa Presbyterian Church, officiated. Interment was made in Genoa Cemetery.

      Surviving are two brothers, Bert and Fred Gray of Venice and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Close and Mrs. Stella McCabe of Genoa.
