    • Barbara Jean (Grey) Whitham, 79, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday morning, the 28th of October, 2008. A devoted wife of 59 years and loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was born June 13, 1929 in Genoa, New York, the youngest of five girls. She was a waitress at The Barn Restaurant, where she met the love of her life, Ralph, and later she worked at The Little Venice Restaurant. They were married November 5th of 1949. Her passion then became her family and her kitchen, where love and special smells will last forever. She shared so many wonderful recipes, dishes, cookies and treats as an expression of her love to all who knew her or were in need of comfort. Barbara is preceded in death by her oldest son, Ronald Whitham; her mother, Luella Grey; mother-in-law, Erma Whitham; four sisters, June Downs, Arlene Winters, Alma Coleman, and Madeline Acquisto. Barbara is survived by her husband of 59 years, Ralph; two sons, two daughters-in-law, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren: Dennis and Peggy Whitham, Payson, Utah, and their daughters, Ashley Whitham, Laramie, Wyoming, Jessica and Michael Richard, and their sons, Clay and Ethan, Evanston, Wyoming; Robbie Whitham, Stillwater, Oklahoma, and his sons, Chris and Kyle, Mannford, Oklahoma, and Kyle's daughter, Madison Lynn, Tulsa, Oklahoma; Debra Whitham, Greene, New York, and her sons, Casey, Endicott, New York, and Cody and his special friend, Heather Condurso, Boston, Massachusetts.
