-----------------------------
Frances M. Parker, daughter of Silas Parker and Loruhamah Perry, was born on 30 June 1859 in Caughdenoy, Oswego, NY.
She was the sister of Frederick "Fred" W. Parker and Wells G. Parker.
She married Ralph A. Seager and had one child, Howard Lee Seager born in January 1884 Oswego county, NY. Howard married Eva Louise Cranz, daughter of Oscar William Cranz and Clara A. Duryee, who was born in Ohio State.
Howard and Eva resided in various parts of the U.S. and made their home in Burlingame, San Mateo, California. Frances husband Ralph had died in 1914 and she decided to moved from NY to California to be close to her son, Howard. Frances apparently died from illnesses that are susceptible to old age.
[Note: there appears to be discrepancies/ confliction regarding the year of her birth and her brother Fred.]
Sequence of birth Fred 1st 1858, Frances 2nd 1859, then Wells 1861]
* It is possible that Howard (d.1934) and Eva (d.1933) who both died in Burlingame maybe buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park cemetery.
