- Wyoming Reporter 5/28/1930: Mrs. Roeper's Funeral--
The funeral of Mrs. Mary P. Roeper was held from her late home on Sherman Avenue, Thursday afternoon May 22nd, 1930. It was largely attended and a wealth of beautiful flowers testified to the love of relatives and friends. The Rev. Fred Brown of the Pressbyterian Church had charge of the service and the Rev. W. H. P. Smith offered prayer. For 49 years Mrs. Roeper had been a member of this church she and her husband joining soon after they came to Wyoming. The bearers were nephews of the deceased: Charles Lusink, Walter Westfall, Jerome Stotler and George Hoffmeier all of Webster, NY and Albert Roeper and George Roeper of Rochester. Following is the list relatives who attended the funeral: Mr. and Mrs. Walter Westfall, Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Stotler, Mr. and Mrs. George Hoffmeier, and Charles Lusink all of Webster, NY, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Roeper, Mr. and Mrs. George Roeper, Charles Roeper, Mr. R.
