  Perry Herald, dated August 18, 1920: The funeral of Floyd Main, whose death took place at the Warsaw hospital last Wednesday morning, as the result of injuries received in an automobile accident which occurred on the Monday previous, was held from St. Mary's Catholic church in this village on Friday morning at 10:00. Burial was made at Warsaw. Lockport Union-Sun and Journal dated Thursday August 12, 1920: Floyd G. Main, along with two others was fatally injured on Monday at noon, near Glen Rock when a fast passenger train on the Erie Railroad, struck an automobile in which they were riding. His wife was Agnes Knopf. Their children were Doris, Charles, Harold, and Lucille. Floyd was killed in a car accident.
