    • Frances J. Whedon Sloan, 77, of Syracuse, formerly of Baldwinsville died Monday, July 21, 2003 at VanDuyn Home & Hospital. She was born in Syracuse and lived in Baldwinsville 40 years before moving back to the city. Mrs. Sloan retired in 1972 after 25 years with Kemper Insurance Co. She was pre-deceased by her husband, James in 1993.
      Survivors: two daughters, Irene McCarthy of Skaneatles and Victorian Robison of Syracuse; three sons, Thomas of Tupper Lake, Stephen of Baldwinsville Kevin of Hardy, VA and seven grandchildren.
      Services: 9:00am Friday, July 25, 2003 at the Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville and 9:30am in St. Mary's Church. Burial in St. Paul's Cemetery, Oswego. Calling hours are 5-8pm Thursday, July 24, 2003 at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street.
