      MRS. ELSIE L. KERR, 74, of 317 Elbow Road, North Syracuse, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Kenneth A. Crawshaw.

      Mrs. Kerr was a life resident of the Syracuse area. She is survived, in addition to her daughter, by a son, Samuel E. Kerr of Florida; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

      Services will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Welter Funeral Home, 2649 James St., the Rev. James A. Neevel, pastor of Pitcher Hill Community Church, officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at 2649 James St.
