  Geni Kay Reeves Carter, 57, of Waco, passed away Friday, April 5, 2013. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, April 7, 2013, at OakCrest Funeral Home, Waco. Services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, April 8, 2013, at Moonlight Drive Fellowship Church, Robinson, with Pastor C.W. Wharton officiating. Burial will follow at 1 p.m., Monday, at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Kay was born in McKinney, Texas, to Eugene and Rachel Reeves. She married Robert Carter in 1973, and graduated in 1974, from Richfield High School in Waco. Survivors include her husband, Robert; sons, Bryan Carter and wife, Ashley, and their children, Shelby and Bailey; Chris Carter and his daughter, Caisy; and Nick Carter; her parents, Eugene and Rachel Reeves; sisters, Ann Bailey, Marry Whitaker, and Kelley Reeves; many other relatives and friends.
