  LAWRENCE O. HART Lawrence O. Hart, 86, of Clarinda, Iowa, died Friday morning, June 23, 1995, at Clarinda Municipal Hospital. He was born December 10, 1908, near Essex, Page County, Iowa, the son of Joseph and Martha Anderson Hart. He was married to Maxine O'Day on August 9, 1945. Mr. Hart farmed north of Yorktown and operated a grinder and sheller before moving to Clarinda in 1968. Later he operated a delivery route for Iowa Parcel. Mr. Hart is survived by his wife Maxine of the home and four children, Gary and wife, Emily Hart, Montezuma, Iowa, John and his wife Susan Hart, Burnet, Texas, Patsy and husband Lewis Mayberry, Crescent, Iowa, and Dale and wife Carol, Goddard, Kansas. There are 15 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Brothers and sisters are Harris Hart, Talmage, Ohio, Marian Bonham, Fremont, California, Helen Brown, Farragut, Iowa, and Warren Hart, Oakland, California. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Gene, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be at 1:30 PM, Monday, June 26, 1995, at Walker-Merrick Funeral Home, Clarinda, Page County, Iowa, with the Rev. Mark Woldruff officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 7-8 PM, Sunday evening. Burial will be in Clarinda cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Clarinda rescue unit.
