  Lenore Ann Gehring, 87, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2014. She was born July 7, 1927 in Guilford, Indiana, daughter of the late Dale and Ruth (Miller) Buchannan. Lenore worked as a bookkeeper at the Journal Press Register. She is survived by her husband, William Stanley Gehring; son, Thomas (Wendy) Gehring; daughter, Joann (Tommy) Beatley; sister, Joyce Buchannan; 4 grandchildren, Jessica York, Leslie Bullock, Matthew Beatley, Billie Beatley; and 3 great grandchildren, Emma Grace Bullock, Jay Thomas York, and Lily Ann York She was preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Ruth Buchannan. Graveside services will be held at Greendale Cemetery, Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 10am, with Tom Beatley officiating. Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
