  Lyndell Roberts Swanby, 86, of Summit, MS, died on October 25, 2014 at her residence. Visitation will be Wednesday at Jones Family Funeral Services from 9:00 AM until services at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Tylertown Cemetery. Rev. Ed Sudduth will officiate. Mrs. Swanby was born on January 2, 1928 in Tylertown, MS. She was the daughter of Lucious and Nettie Foils Roberts. She was manager of Dog and Suds Restaurant. Mrs. Swanby was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, J.M. Roberts, Hubert Roberts and, Edward Roberts; three sisters, Pauline Holmes, Bernice Rushing, and Bernie Boyd; one grandson, Jason McKenzie. Survivors include her husband, Ray Swanby of Summit; two sons, Dan McKenzie and wife Patsy of McComb and Tony Ladner and wife Jennifer of Indianapolis, Indiana; Special friends, Gail Berry and Jena Bryant and Bubba her special Canine; two grandchildren, Tony Ladner Jr. and Scott Ladner both of Indianapolis, Indiana and two great grandchildren, Breanna McKenzie and Destiny McKenzie both of McComb. Pallbearers will be Tony Ladner Jr., Scott Ladner, Jewitte Brock, Perry Clark and JJ Boshart. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to South McComb Baptist Church.
