Victor E. Fortino
Victor E. Fortino, 59, of 413 N. State St., died Sunday at home after a long illness.
A native of Syracuse, Mr. Fortino was a communicant of St. Peter’s Church.
Mr. Fortino was employed by Hutchings Psychiatric Center 11 years. He was a member of the Moose Club and the Boys Club. He was a Korean War veteran.
Surviving are three brothers, Fred and Charles of Syracuse and Robert of Cicero; and two sisters, Eloise Whedon of Camillus and Gloria Ball of Cicero.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pirro & Sons Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. in St. Peter’s Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Contributions may be made to Caring Coalition, 1800 E. Genesee St.
