SENECA FALLS - Frank E. Mosher, 72, of 30 Seneca Rd., Seneca Falls, died late Tuesday in Medical Center Hospital in Burlington, Vt.
Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Saturday at the Sanderson Funeral Home, 32 State St., Seneca Falls. The Rev. A. A. Childs, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Canandaigua, will officiate. Burial will be in Throops ville Rural Cemetery, Throopsville.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p. m. Friday. The family requests that contributions be made to the Heart Fund. Masonic services will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, by members of Pocahontas Lodge 211, F&AM.
A native of Throopsville, Mr. Mosher was born there Nov. 21, 1897, of Quaker stock. He was the son of the late Orlando A. and Mary Louisa (Tempest) Mosher.
For many years, Mr. Mosher was a superintendent for Walsh Const. Co., Kansas City, Mo., where he served until 1947, when he purchased the Hotel Chittenango. He operated the hotel until 1950, when he came to Seneca Falls. He owned and operated Mosher's Restaurant on the Auburn Rd. in Seneca Falls from 1950 to 1963, when he purchased the Starlite Motel here, which he operated until 1969. He was a member of Genoa Lodge 421 F&AM of King Ferry.
He is survived by bis wife, Helen Dawson Mosher of Seneca Falls; one daughter, Mrs. Michael Miller, of Auburn; three granddaughters and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

SENECA FALLS - Funeral services for Frank E. SENECA FALLS-Mrs. Helen E. Mosher; 67, of 30 Seneca St., who with her husband, Frank E. Mosher, who died in 1970, owned and operated Mosher's Grill for many years, died late Tuesday at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital, Syracuse, after a several month illness. Funeral services will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Sanderson Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Tillapaugh of the United Methodist Church of Phoenix, N.Y., will officiate. Burial will be in Throopsville Rural Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Members of the Winona Rebekah Lodge No. 82, IWOF of Seneca Falls, will pay their respects at 7:30 P.M. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Mosher was born in Tyre March 11, 1912, daughter of Martin Dawson and Bertha Lippert. She was a life resident of Seneca Falls. At the time of her retirement in 1970, she and her husband owned and operated the Star Lite Motel in Seneca Falls. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Phoenix, N.Y., and Winona Rebekah Lodge No 82 of Seneca Falls. She is survived by an uncle, Leslie Saar of Port Byron; and several cousins.

SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. KATE SIEBELS
Services were held Friday, June 29, for Mrs. Kate Siebels, who passed away Wednesday at the Wyoming nursing home early that morning. Rev. F.H. Kehren officiated at the services.
Born on December 24, 1870, at Akelsberg, Kreis, Wittmund, Ostfriesland, Germany, she was the daughter of John and Tjede Oltmanns. At the age of 16, in 1886, she emigrated to the United States with her brother Gerhard and a sister Tena. They settled in Langworthy, and since lived in Jones county.
On December 11, 1890, she was married to Carl Siebels of near Monticello, and they were the parents of four children, one of whom died in early infancy. Surviving children are Carl William, Gerhard August, and Anna, Mrs. Henry Andreesen.
Following the death of her husband in 1921, Mrs. Siebels made her home with her children.
Mrs. Siebels is survived by her three children, Carl of Monticello, Gerhard of Anamosa, and Mrs. Henry Andreesen of Olin. She was preceded in death by her husband, and brothers, John and Gerd, and her sisters, Gretke and Tena. She was a member of the Wayne Zion Lutheran church.
Pallbearers included Carl H. Siebels, Donald A. Siebels, Henry W. Siebels, Richard Andreesen, Henry G. Harms and Kenneth Howie. Interment was made at the Wayne Zion cemetery. Funeral arrangements were in charge of the Goettsch funeral home.

Smith Nelson Vosseller, the subject of this sketch was born in Montgomery county, New York, August the 7th 1834, and departed this life February 10, 1920 being aged 85 years, 6 months and 3 days. He was the eldest of a family of eleven children, four of whom survive, one brother of Garnet, Kan., and three sisters who reside in the state of New York.
On Novetnber 25, 1868, Smith Nelson Vosseller was united in marriage, to Emma F. Raynor of Cayuga County. In 1869, this couple moved to Iowa and settled on farms near Plainfield, where they lived until 1889, when they moved to Plainfield, where they have since made their home. To this union were born four daughters, who, survive him, Della M. Taylor, of Plainfield; Ollie M. Boyd of Horton; Lulu B. Vosseller of Oakdale, Iowa; and Jessie A. Stanley of Charles City.
He was a soldier in the Civil war of these United States and had suffered the affliction of the loss of his left lower limb since the year 1872.
He was a devoted husband and a loving father and his character is reflected in his surviving family.
Funeral services were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F. R. Boyd in Horton at 2:00 o'clock on the afternoon of February 13th, 1920, where Mr. Vosseller had died; Rev. Arthur Woods, of the Baptist church in Horton being the officiating clergyman. Interment of the remains was made in the Willow Grove Cemetery, in Plainfield, in the locality of which Mr. Vosseller has lived all these years. Only immediate relatives and friends were in attendance at the funeral, and many floral offerings marked the passing of his long life.
